All Greenleaf products and services come with a limited 90 Day Warranty.

We offer full support services for our products. All of our products are accompanied by helpful documentation that guides you from the moment you receive the package, and details step-by-step instructions for common server maintenance tasks, such as upgrading healthy hard drives and replacing failed hard drives. We offer personalized email and/or phone support for the first week free of charge. Further phone/email support is available at $50/hr.

All of our servers ship with an unRAID Plus or Pro licence included in the cost. As a customer of both Greenleaf Technology and Lime Technology, you are eligible for further support directly from Lime Technology Support as well as the volunteer-run and highly active unRAID Support Forums.
